INITIAL CONSULTATION & FURTHER SESSIONS
Choosing to start therapy can be a daunting prospect but working collaboratively with a therapist can support and bring about change. Initial consultations provide clients with the opportunity to discuss their current situation and concerns, ask questions and decide whether or not I am the right therapist for them. It allows you to get a sense of me and how I can support you without having to make a commitment to therapy. In this initial consultation we can think together about further sessions and whether short-term or longer-term therapy might be helpful.
If you do decide you want to arrange further sessions, we can book those sessions after the consultation meeting. Sessions are held at my practice and are usually weekly on-going meetings, that are arranged on a day at a time that suits us both.
